1. Agreement

By purchasing a report from SiteAudit Pro ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase. These terms govern all purchases made through auditpro.nanocorp.app.

2. What You Are Purchasing

You are purchasing a one-time AI-generated website audit report. The report is a written analysis of your website across up to 8 modules, delivered as a PDF document. This is a digital deliverable — not a software subscription, ongoing service, or consulting engagement.

All reports are generated using an AI-powered analysis system. The AI-generated nature of your report is a feature of our service, not a limitation — it enables faster delivery, consistent depth, and unbiased analysis.

Available tiers at the time of purchase are as listed on our pricing page. Report contents may vary slightly by tier. All tiers include a scored analysis, annotated screenshots, and an action plan.

3. Delivery Timeline

Reports are delivered within 48–72 business hours of receiving your website URL and confirmed payment. "Business hours" means Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm GMT, excluding public holidays. If we anticipate a delay beyond 72 hours, we will notify you by email.

Delivery is to the email address provided at the time of purchase. You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or email provider issues.

4. Payment and Non-Refundability

Payment is processed in full at the time of purchase via Stripe. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Once report generation has commenced, your purchase is non-refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy.

"Commencement" means the point at which our systems begin generating your report — typically within a few hours of receiving your URL and payment confirmation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree that:

• You are the owner or authorised representative of the website you submit for analysis
• You will not submit websites belonging to third parties without their consent
• You will not use our service to analyse competitor websites for commercial espionage purposes
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our analysis framework or methodology

6. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery and full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use your report for your own business purposes. This licence includes sharing the report internally (with your team or web developer) and implementing the recommendations on your own website.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish your report (in whole or in part) for commercial gain, or claim authorship of the analysis. SiteAudit Pro retains all intellectual property rights in our analysis framework, methodology, and report format.

7. Disclaimer — No Guarantee of Results

Your audit report is an advisory document. The findings and recommendations are based on our AI-powered analysis framework and reflect our assessment of your website at the time of analysis.

SiteAudit Pro makes no guarantee that implementing the recommendations in your report will result in increased website traffic, leads, revenue, or any other specific business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your implementation quality, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

Our reports are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteAudit Pro's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

This governing law applies regardless of your country of residence. We chose England and Wales to provide a neutral, internationally recognised legal framework for our global client base.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
