We stand behind every audit we deliver. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right. Every purchase is covered by our 7-day satisfaction guarantee.
1. The 7-Day Guarantee
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. We handle every refund request fairly and on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is simple: if you paid for something you didn't get value from, we want to make it right.
2. Refund Scenarios
Report Not Yet Started
If you request a refund before report generation has begun, you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked. This typically applies within the first few hours of purchase before our AI system picks up your order.
Report In Progress or Already Delivered
If report generation has commenced or your report has been delivered, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Where the report is deficient, incomplete, or does not meet the described scope, we will refund in full or provide a revised report at no charge.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, do one of the following:
- Reply directly to your order confirmation email with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Email us at hello@siteauditpro.com with your name, order date, and reason for the request
Please include a brief description of why you're requesting a refund — this helps us improve. You don't need to write an essay; a sentence or two is fine.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a further 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The request is made more than 7 days after the date of purchase
- The report was delivered and the request is based solely on disagreement with the AI findings rather than a quality deficiency
- The client provided an incorrect or inaccessible website URL and did not notify us within 24 hours of purchase
